Seven integrated technology systems plus the ultra-low-energy core form one ultra-low-energy solution:
Steel structure + core-board system. Stainless, weathering and galvanised steel with C5-M marine-grade corrosion protection; factory-prefabricated and bolt-assembled on site.
PV ventilated roof system. Roof-integrated photovoltaic generation combined with natural ventilation.
Dual-cavity power-generating ventilated glass curtain wall. A dual-cavity facade integrating power-generating glazing, ventilation and radiation-reflective thermal insulation coating.
Prefabricated soundproof partition-wall system. Factory-built acoustic interior partitions for fast on-site assembly.
Radiation-reflective thermal insulation coating. High-reflectivity coating for building facades, roofs, oil storage tanks and ships — reflects solar radiation, lowers surface temperature and cuts cooling loads.
Prefabricated MEP system. Factory-built MEP modules and pipe racks hoisted and connected on site — shorter schedules, stable quality.
High-efficiency plant room. High-efficiency chillers with heat-recovery design, 30%~50% more efficient than conventional air-conditioning systems.
The ultra-light, ultra-strong structural material behind our steel structure + core-board system:
Core-board structure. Two stainless-steel face sheets sandwich a thin tube array (tube diameter 16–140 mm, wall 0.09–1.5 mm); copper-foil pads between, joined at 1100 °C by hot-air copper brazing — even heating, mirror-flat and stress-free over huge panel sizes.
Ultra-light, ultra-strong. At equal weight, stiffness reaches 630–7,350× that of plain steel plate; density is under half that of water and 15× lighter than solid steel. Field-proven: an A1.5 board spanning 12 m carries 20 people with barely any deflection.
Core-board buildings. Floors of stainless core-board and stainless columns and beams — no concrete; 1,000-year design life; resilience against earthquakes; combined with passive ultra-low-energy standards, cutting air-conditioning cost and carbon emissions by ~90%; factory-built modules erected on site in days.
Standard core-board specifications
| Code | Tube | Face sheet (mm) | Board thick (mm) | Weight (kg/m²) | Main applications |
| A | Φ51×0.3 | 1.5 | 150 | 31 | Building floor slabs |
| B | Φ32×0.22 | 0.5–1.5 | 40–150 | 10.3–26 | Truck and aircraft shells |
| D | Φ16×0.13 | 0.15–0.4 | 10–80 | 3.71–12 | Car and aircraft shells |
| H | Φ89×1.6 | 6, 8 | 150–400 | 110–160 | Road/rail bridges, vacuum tunnels, large ships |
Standard panel size up to 12,000 × 2,000 mm. Tube ends are flared to enlarge the braze area ~10×, so joints stay sound even if a tube is pulled to failure; passes 2.5-million-cycle fatigue load testing.
Passive envelope first. Building form, insulation, airtightness and shading do the heavy lifting before any plant is specified.
Decoupled ventilation (DOAS). Latent and sensible loads are separated so each is handled at its most efficient point.
High-efficiency plant with heat recovery. Heat-recovery chillers turn waste heat into free hot water.
On-site generation and storage. BIPV, floating PV, BESS and microgrid island-mode where the site allows.
Water as an energy system. Rainwater, greywater and condensate recovery with MBR reuse.
Measured, not claimed. Sub-metered BMS plus monitoring & verification (M&V) prove every number.
Generational advantage over traditional buildings. Building energy use 10%~30% of a traditional building, structural load ~15%, and on-site construction time ~30%.
Insulation Coating Selection Guide
Four insulation coating families compared across mechanism, dual insulation-plus-thermal behaviour, colour, temperature range, thickness, fire rating and service life. For industrial pipes and tanks — hot or cryogenic — aerogel is the only full-range option; for white roofs with summer-only cooling, radiant-cooling or reflective coatings apply.
| Dimension | Aerogel insulation coating | Radiant cooling coating | Reflective insulation coating | Ceramic insulation coating |
|---|
| Mechanism | Triple: low conductivity 0.026 W/(m·K) + high reflectance + high emittance | Single: 8–14 μm atmospheric-window radiative cooling | Single: reflects ~90% of 400–2500 nm solar energy | Ceramic microspheres: low conductivity + some reflection |
| Insulation + thermal | Dual — blocks heat in both directions | Cooling only; no winter thermal | Cooling only; no winter thermal | Dual — blocks heat in both directions |
| Colour | Any colour, dark or light | White / light only | White / light only | Largely unrestricted |
| Temperature range | −40 to 280 °C (blanket to 1250 °C) | −40 to 80 °C | −40 to 80 °C | −40 to 200 °C |
| Typical thickness | 2–5 mm (one tenth of rock-wool equivalent) | 0.1–0.3 mm | 0.1–0.3 mm | 5–20 mm |
| Fire rating | B1 | B1–B2 | B1–B2 | A1–A2 |
| Service life | 10+ years | 3–5 years | 3–5 years | 5–8 years |
